Wicked City has a different audience and feel compared to ABC Studios core content. We were asked to create a campaign that didn’t shy away from some of the darker elements of the show, and would still appeal to their core demographic. We originated key art that focused in on the relationship between the two main characters, Kent and Betty, teasing the criminal aspect of the show with blood splatters.
We then rolled out this look and feel across a 30’’ Trailer and OOH Flyposters, which went live nationally. We also created bespoke social assets with a retro creative, to tie in with the period in which the show is set.
