BORO Hotel approached Once Upon a Time Hospitality when the property was still under construction and needed a name, a visual identity, a full collateral suite, and a website. We were more than excited to brand a brand new urban oasis in our backyard of Long Island City and we hit the ground running with naming and a visual identity that’s reflective of the hotel’s unique design and architectural style. Being 2 train stops from Midtown, making guests feel at ease about the proximity to New York City was paramount, and we incorporated hand-drown maps and transportation guides into many of the guest touchpoints. The hotel has a number of other striking elements, most notably the stunning Manhattan and river views and the rich history of the neighborhood, which we also featured prominently in our collateral and digital marketing. After a successful brand launch, Once Upon a Time Hospitality contined to help the brand evolve through ongoing print, digital, and social media marketing initiatives.
